RD Coatings , formerly known as Dothée, was founded in 1946 and is located in Belgium. With the name change to RD Coatings in 2000 the new management put special emphasis on the companies flagship waterproofing products. RD Coatings USA® is located in Stratford, Connecticut and is the exclusive supplier of RD Coatings waterproofing products in the US and Canada. These unique coating systems can solve existing problems or in new construction to prevent the problems from occurring. They can be used on concrete, metal, or wood on floors, walls or decks. The strength of the products is based upon the fact that they are environmentally friendly and can offer waterproofing and protection from corrosion with repairs to already damaged surfaces or problem areas.
